President Muizzu Embarks on Official Visit to Alif Alif and Kaafu Atoll Islands

Today, President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu has set off on an official two-day visit to several islands within Alif Alif Atoll and Kaafu Atoll. His itinerary today includes visits to Thoddoo, Rasdhoo, and Mathiveri in Alif Alif Atoll. Commencing his tour at Thoddoo, he is scheduled to engage with the Women’s Development Committee followed by a meeting with the island’s residents.

Subsequently, he will proceed to Rasdhoo for discussions with the island council and will also hold a meeting with the Ukulhas Council. Later in the evening, President Muizzu will arrive at Mathiveri to confer with the island council and engage with Women’s Development Committees from Himandhoo, Maalhos, Feridhoo, and Bodufolhudhoo.

According to the President’s Office, tomorrow’s agenda includes visits to Gaafaru, Huraa, and Himmafushi in Kaafu Atoll. The President is expected to meet with the councils and Women’s Development Committees of these islands as part of his official engagements.
