Ooredoo Lights Up for #OoredooFunRun, Share and Win Exciting Prizes!

By Ahmed Ashraf Published October 27, 2025

Ooredoo Maldives has launched a vibrant promotional campaign ahead of the upcoming Ooredoo Fun Run, illuminating its flagship building in Hulhumale with colorful lighting designed to energize the community and build excitement for the event.

The illuminated Ooredoo Building will remain a nightly attraction throughout the campaign period, creating a visual invitation for residents to take part in what has become one of the most popular social fitness events in the Maldives.

How to take part

The telecom operator is encouraging the public to join the celebration through a simple social media contest. Participation is straightforward:

• Capture a video of the Fun Run themed lighting display on the Ooredoo Building
• Post the video on Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok
• Tag @ooredoomaldives and include the hashtag #OoredooFunRun

Entries will be accepted across all three platforms until 31 October 2025, and the contest is open to everyone in the Maldives.

Ooredoo Maldives says the initiative is part of its broader commitment to community wellness and digital engagement. The Fun Run has become a flagship brand event that blends fitness, entertainment, and social connection. The new lighting showcase and user generated video challenge aim to amplify that experience while highlighting the company’s presence in the local lifestyle scene.

Residents are invited to enjoy the colorful night view, share creative videos, and embrace the fun that is set to light up the Maldives in the coming days.
