Allied Insurance engages visitors with promos as Marine Expo insurance partner

By Hussain Shinan Published 8 hours ago

Allied Insurance has taken part in the Maldives Marine Expo 2026 as the event’s Official Insurance Partner, rolling out a specialised promotion for the marine industry while sharing information on insurance solutions tailored to the sector.

A long-standing participant at the Marine Expo since 2014, Allied said its continued involvement reflects its commitment to raising awareness about insurance products designed for businesses operating within the marine industry. During the expo, the company provided guidance on coverage options for dive schools, water sports centres, boat builders and other marine stakeholders.

In addition to conventional insurance products, Allied also shared information on Shari’ah-compliant solutions offered through Allied Takaful, the company’s Islamic insurance window, catering to customers seeking takaful-based coverage.

As part of its engagement at the expo, Allied conducted a special promotion targeting new customers interested in Marine Hull Insurance or Marine Hull Takaful. Three winners were selected through a lucky draw and awarded discount vouchers worth MVR 8,000 each. The draw was held during the expo’s closing ceremony at Hulhumalé Central Park.

Visitors to the Allied stall were also given special gifts for participating in various on-site activities organised throughout the event.

Allied said its presence at industry expos such as the Maldives Marine Expo highlights the company’s focus on making insurance services more accessible and its ongoing efforts to support the evolving needs of businesses and customers across the marine sector.
