Dhiraagu has rolled out a festive promotional campaign for Eid al-Fitr, introducing free data gifting alongside a new prize-based initiative designed to boost customer engagement during the holiday period.
The telecom operator announced that both prepaid and postpaid customers can send complimentary data packages to up to five friends or family members through the DhiraaguApp between March 20 and March 26, 2026.
The campaign builds on the success of Dhiraagu’s Ramadan promotion, “Crack a Kaashi,” which rewarded users with daily prizes. For Eid, the company has extended the concept by allowing customers to unlock rewards with each gifted data package, creating an interactive and shareable experience tied to the festive season.
Recipients of these gifts will receive different benefits depending on their subscription type. Prepaid users will gain access to 1GB of free data every month for a year, valid for five days each month, while postpaid customers will receive a 24-hour bonus data pack.
Beyond immediate data benefits, the promotion introduces a gamified rewards system. Each successful data gift earns both sender and recipient five “Rann Tickets,” which serve as entries into a grand lucky draw. Customers who complete all five gifts and unlock the “Rann Kaashi” will receive additional bonus data and 50 extra tickets, significantly increasing their chances of winning high-value prizes.
The prize pool includes premium electronics and lifestyle products such as an Apple MacBook Neo, Sony ZV-E10 camera, Apple AirPods Max, Amazon Echo Dot, Nespresso coffee machine, and gaming furniture from TTRacing.
In parallel, Dhiraagu is offering a 25 percent bonus on selected prepaid data add-ons until March 31, further strengthening its Eid promotional lineup.
The company stated that the campaign aims to foster stronger connections among users during Eid, combining digital engagement with tangible rewards while reinforcing its broader strategy of customer-focused seasonal promotions.
