By Ahmed Ashraf Published July 22, 2026

Dhiraagu has presented the second and final grand prize of its “Win 2 Speedboats” promotion, marking the conclusion of one of the company’s largest customer reward campaigns.

The handover ceremony took place at the Al Shaali Marine boatyard, where Dhiraagu CEO and Managing Director Ismail Rasheed officially presented the prize to Mohamed Yoosuf of Malé.

The grand prize was an Al Shaali Marine Canary 28 sports speedboat fitted with a Yamaha 250HP outboard engine.

Speaking after receiving the prize, Yoosuf described the experience as a memorable moment for both himself and his family. He said he has been a Dhiraagu customer since the company’s early fixed-line telephone services and has used Dhiraagu Mobile for the past 28 years. He also thanked the company for giving customers the chance to win such valuable prizes.

The “Win 2 Speedboats” promotion launched in August 2025 and was open to both new and existing Dhiraagu Prepaid, Postpaid, and Fibre Broadband customers. Eligible customers who met the campaign requirements and enrolled before 31 March 2026 were entered into the lucky draw.

Earlier this year, Abdulla Saeed was announced as the winner of the first speedboat, while Yoosuf became the recipient of the second and final prize. The campaign attracted strong participation from customers across the Maldives throughout its duration.

Dhiraagu said it will continue introducing exclusive promotions and rewards as part of its efforts to enhance customer experience and deliver unique benefits to subscribers across the country.
