Dhiraagu honours EliteClub partners, outlines plans for enhanced customer rewards

By Hussain Shinan Published 2 hours ago

Dhiraagu has recognised the contributions of its EliteClub business partners during a special appreciation event, while outlining plans to further develop its customer loyalty programme through improved digital integration and expanded benefits.

The event, held on Tuesday, October 27, at DusitD2 Feydhoo, brought together partners who have supported the programme’s growth since its introduction in 2013.

Organised to celebrate the success of EliteClub and acknowledge the businesses contributing to its development, the gathering also provided an opportunity for Dhiraagu to share its plans for the next phase of the programme.

A keynote presentation highlighted the company’s vision for making EliteClub more accessible, convenient and rewarding for customers, with greater emphasis on digital services and a more seamless user experience.

Dhiraagu also presented tokens of appreciation to its business partners in recognition of their continued collaboration and contribution to the programme over the years.

Speaking at the event, Dhiraagu Chief Commercial Officer Ali Riyaz highlighted the importance of partnerships in building EliteClub into an established customer rewards programme.

He said the initiative has continued to grow through cooperation between Dhiraagu and participating businesses, with a shared focus on providing additional value to customers.

Riyaz noted that the company is now working towards a more digitally integrated EliteClub experience, building on the relationships and services developed over the past 13 years.

He also expressed appreciation for the trust and support demonstrated by the programme’s partners, describing their contributions as central to its continued success.

According to Riyaz, Dhiraagu intends to strengthen these partnerships further while introducing improvements designed to make customer benefits easier to access and use.

The planned developments are expected to focus on convenience, accessibility and greater integration of the programme’s services into digital platforms.

Launched in 2013, EliteClub was established to provide Dhiraagu customers with exclusive benefits and privileges through partnerships with businesses operating across the Maldives.

The programme has since expanded to include more than 100 partner outlets, offering customers access to a range of special offers and rewards.

Through EliteClub, participating businesses can provide exclusive privileges to eligible Dhiraagu customers while gaining opportunities to engage with a wider customer base.

The arrangement creates a platform through which businesses can promote their products and services while customers receive additional benefits beyond their telecommunications subscriptions.

Over the years, Dhiraagu has continued to develop the programme by expanding its partner network and increasing the variety of offers available to customers.

The company’s latest plans indicate a continued focus on strengthening the programme’s digital capabilities as customer expectations increasingly shift towards convenient and integrated services.

Customer loyalty programmes have become an important part of the telecommunications industry, allowing service providers to strengthen relationships with subscribers by offering benefits beyond traditional mobile and internet services.

Such programmes also create opportunities for businesses in other sectors to connect with customers through promotional offers, exclusive privileges and collaborative marketing initiatives.

For Dhiraagu, EliteClub serves as an extension of its customer engagement strategy, bringing together telecommunications services and benefits offered by businesses across the country.

The programme’s network of more than 100 outlets reflects the role of local business partnerships in providing customers with access to additional services and rewards.

Dhiraagu said its continued investment in EliteClub is intended to improve the overall customer experience while creating meaningful opportunities for participating businesses.

By recognising its partners and reaffirming its commitment to the programme’s development, Dhiraagu aims to strengthen EliteClub’s position as a platform that delivers benefits to both customers and participating businesses.

The company said it remains committed to providing value beyond connectivity, developing long-term customer relationships and expanding opportunities for its EliteClub partners.
