Five key ministers will participate in this two-hour forum:
- Dr. Aishath Shiham, Minister of Gender, Family, and Social Services
- Dr. Ali Haidar Ahmed, Minister of Higher Education, Employment, and Training
- Dr. Mohamed Shaheem Ali Saeed, Minister of Islamic Affairs
- Mohamed Saeed, Minister of Economic Development and Trade
- Tariq Ibrahim, Minister of Tourism and Environment
The ‘Ahaa’ Forum encourages public engagement by allowing citizens to pose questions directly to the ministers. Questions can be submitted in person at the event venue, via phone calls, SMS, social media, or through the PSM Air app. To send a question via SMS, type ‘AH’ followed by a space and your question, then send it to 300.
This initiative, first launched on January 25, 2024, reflects President Dr. Mohamed Muizzu’s commitment to transparency and public involvement in governance. In addition to the ‘Ahaa’ Forum, the government hosts special sessions where President Dr. Muizzu personally addresses questions from various sectors, further strengthening the administration’s engagement with the community.
