At the inauguration ceremony, MACL’s CEO and Managing Director, Ibrahim Shareef Mohamed, praised the efforts of Estate Security Services (ESS) in resolving long-standing taxi queue issues at the airport. CEO Shareef stated that dedicated security personnel have “brought ease to the entire airport,” thanks to their hard work. He also emphasized that ESS is “a model department where ethics, respect, and competence are displayed,” crediting AIM’s in-depth training programs for instilling these values. This reflects AIM’s broader mission to cultivate a workforce that is not only technically capable, but also respectful and professional.
