This incident adds to a series of thefts in the area. In that case, the suspects were identified as Ibrahim Mohamed Rasheed, 34, from R. Inguraidhoo; Mohamed Sabaah, 46, from GDh. Vaadhoo; and Ihusan Ibrahim from the same island. Ihusan was remanded for 30 days, while the other two received 15-day remands.
The police urge local businesses to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activities promptly. Investigations into the current case are ongoing, and police are working to determine if there are connections to previous incidents in the vicinity.
