Runners preparing for the much-anticipated Dhiraagu Fuvahmulah Run 2025 can now gear up as the official race kit and bib distribution kicks off this week.
Participants based in Malé can collect their race kits at the DFR Bib Expo Centre, located on the first floor of Dhiraagu Head Office on Ameenee Magu. The collection dates are set for April 20 and 21, with two time slots available: 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
Meanwhile, for those in Fuvahmulah, the bib expo will be held from April 30 to May 1 at the Fuvahmulah City Council Office in Kurundhuma Maalam. Collection will be open during three daily sessions: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
Each race kit will include a bib embedded with a timing chip, an official race t-shirt, a string bag, and four safety pins. Runners are required to present their national ID or a digital copy to collect their kits.
The Dhiraagu Fuvahmulah Run is a special edition of the Dhiraagu Maldives Road Race (DMRR), the largest and most popular running event in the country. This year’s event is set to take place on Friday, May 2, in Fuvahmulah City.
