Telecommunications provider Dhiraagu has announced that the technical issue which earlier disrupted access to its Dhiraagu App, MyAccount, and Reload services has now been successfully resolved.
In an update shared with customers, the company stated:
“We are pleased to inform you that the earlier issue affecting the Dhiraagu App, MyAccount, and Reload services has now been successfully resolved. We appreciate your patience and understanding, and we apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused”.
Dhiraagu thanked users for their cooperation during the downtime and reaffirmed its commitment to ensuring reliable connectivity and seamless service experiences across its digital platforms.
The company did not specify the nature of the technical issue, but services are now reported to be fully operational nationwide. Customers can once again access their accounts, manage subscriptions, and perform reload transactions through Dhiraagu’s digital channels without interruption.
