President Dr Mohamed Muizzu, on behalf of the Government and people of the Maldives, has conveyed New Year greetings to foreign heads of state and government, as well as to international organisations, reaffirming the country’s commitment to strengthened global partnerships.
In official messages sent to friendly nations, the President extended warm wishes to world leaders, their governments, and citizens, expressing confidence that the new year would open pathways to renewed vision, shared progress, and expanded cooperation between governments and peoples.
The President emphasised that sustained focus and dedication would enable nations to unlock promising prospects for collaboration, reinforcing mutual interests in stability, development, and prosperity across regions.
In separate messages addressed to the leadership and dedicated staff of international organisations, President Muizzu highlighted the importance of collective action in the multilateral arena. He underscored the Maldives’ readiness to further energise working relationships, strengthening joint efforts that deliver tangible benefits to member states and their peoples.
