MWSC Prioritizes Service Continuity with 24-Hour Digital Access over Victory Day

By Ahmed Ashraf Published 19 hours ago

Maldives Water and Sewerage Company (MWSC) has announced that while its customer service counters will be closed on Sunday and Monday, 2nd and 3rd November 2025, in observance of Maldives Victory Day, essential services will remain fully operational through its digital platforms.

According to the company, customers can continue to access all MWSC services around the clock via the MWSC ePortal (eportal.mwsc.com.mv) and the MWSC mobile application, which are available for download on both Google Play and the Apple App Store.

MWSC emphasized its commitment to uninterrupted service delivery, noting that digital channels provide customers with the convenience to manage accounts, make payments, and access support without visiting physical counters.

For any emergencies, customers are advised to contact the 24-hour hotline at 105, which will remain active throughout the holiday period.

This announcement aligns with MWSC’s ongoing digital transformation efforts aimed at enhancing customer convenience and ensuring reliable water and sewerage services across the Maldives, even during national holidays.
