Ooredoo Maldives is bringing back its popular Ooredoo Fun Run Music Show on 18 December 2025, with a high energy open air concert at Hulhumale’ Central Park set to light up the night before the country’s happiest run.
The show will run from 20:00 to 23:59 and is free for the public, creating a festival style atmosphere for Fun Run participants, families and music fans across Greater Malé. This year’s line up features some of the most sought after names in the local scene, including Traphic Jam, Equatic Vibe, Habeys and Symbolic Records, who are expected to deliver back to back live sets of crowd favourites and original tracks.
Positioned as a core part of the wider Ooredoo Fun Run 2025 celebrations, the music show is designed to extend the experience beyond the running track, turning Hulhumale’ into a community hub for wellness and entertainment. The company has framed Fun Run as more than a sporting event, focusing on themes of active living, shared happiness and recognition of Maldivian creative talent.
The concert adds another dimension to what has become one of the most anticipated public events on the national social calendar. Ooredoo Fun Run is known for its family friendly format, colourful run kits, colour blast zones, on ground games, giveaways and a carnival like environment that appeals to all age groups. By staging a major live music show at Central Park on the eve of the run, Ooredoo is creating a full weekend experience for residents and visiting guests in Hulhumale’.
The 2025 edition keeps the music show completely open access, allowing anyone in the community to join, regardless of Fun Run registration. According to the company, this aligns with its broader aim of enriching lives through connectivity, shared experiences and inclusive public events that bring people together around sport, health and culture.
Ooredoo Maldives continues to position Fun Run as a flagship engagement platform, using its network reach and brand partnerships to stage large scale outdoor events that showcase both lifestyle trends and local performers. With Traphic Jam, Equatic Vibe, Habeys and Symbolic Records headlining the 18 December music show, the operator is setting the stage for a high impact lead in to Ooredoo Fun Run 2025 at Hulhumale’ the following day.
