The State Trading Organization and Japanese electronics giant Hitachi celebrated a major milestone as the two partners marked 25 years of collaboration with a high profile ceremony at Barcelo Nasandhura on Friday night, 28 November 2025.

Since its introduction to the local market, its air conditioners, refrigerators and other appliances have become familiar fixtures across the country. The anniversary ceremony highlighted how the brand’s credibility and STO’s distribution strength shaped a partnership that has remained strong for a quarter century.
