In a significant move to bolster public safety, construction has commenced on a state-of-the-art police station in Alif Dhaal Maamigili, generously funded by Villa Company’s Chairman and Maamigili MP, Honorable Qasim Ibrahim.
The initiative was formalized through an agreement between the Maldives Police Service and Villa Foundation. The foundation-laying ceremony, held today on the island, saw the esteemed presence of Qasim Ibrahim, Commissioner of Police Ali Shujau, and other senior police officials.
