CEO Rifau: London a Natural Strategic Step

Veteran Trader to Lead London Operations
The new office will be led by Mehmet Özgür Yaycıoğlu, appointed as Senior Bunker Trader. With more than 16 years of expertise in marine fuel trading and physical supply, Mehmet brings a wealth of operational and strategic experience. His prior leadership roles at Med Petroleum DMCC and CYE Petrol saw him manage trading strategies, client relations, and supply operations across the Mediterranean.
An Economics graduate from Yeditepe University, Mehmet’s deep market insight will position Hawks to expand its client base and trading volumes in Europe.
