Maldives’ digital pioneer Dhiraagu marks 37 years with nationwide offers

Dhiraagu, the Maldives’ leading digital service provider, is celebrating 37 years of operation with a series of special offers designed to reward its customers and highlight the company’s role in shaping the nation’s digital transformation.

At a press conference held at Dhiraagu’s head office, Chief Commercial Officer Ali Riyaz expressed gratitude to customers and employees for their continued trust and dedication.

“For 37 years, we have worked to deliver the best digital experiences, empowering our customers and connecting communities across the Maldives” Riyaz said. “This anniversary, we celebrate together with exciting offers that reflect our promise to bring more value, more innovation, and more ways to stay connected”.

  • Free 37GB Data for 24 Hours: Postpaid and prepaid users can claim 37GB of complimentary data by dialing *225# between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. on October 1.
  • Dhiraagu X ISIC Student Plan: Targeted at students in the Maldives, this plan combines global ISIC discounts, local partner deals, and special telecom benefits accessible via the DhiraaguApp.
  • Family Gifting Bonus: Customers can receive extra data when gifting packages to family or friends, available through the DhiraaguApp.
  • Dhiraagu NetProtect: An AI-powered online safety tool priced from MVR 35 per month, offering customers enhanced digital security with simple activation on the DhiraaguApp.
