The inaugural session, held at the architecturally renowned King Salman Mosque, saw a convergence of high-ranking officials from various government ministries and institutions. The event was spearheaded by the Political Appointees Performance Management (PAPM) Unit of the Political Affairs Office, in collaboration with the Civil Service Training Institute (CSTI) and the Foreign Service Institute of Maldives (FOSIM).
Renowned leadership expert Afeef Hussain delivered the keynote address titled “Leading and Transforming a Nation Through a Service Excellence Culture.” Drawing from his extensive experience in human capital development and organizational transformation, Hussain emphasized the pivotal role of service excellence in national progress.
