Ooredoo Fun Run 2025 Heads to Addu City — Sign Up by June 16 to Join the Joy

Ooredoo Maldives has officially opened registration for the Ooredoo Fun Run 2025, set to take place on June 27 in Addu City’s Maradhoo district. Known as “The Happiest Run in the Maldives,” this vibrant 5K event promises a day filled with color, energy, and community spirit.

A Celebration of Movement and Joy

The Fun Run welcomes participants of all ages and fitness levels, encouraging everyone to run, walk, or dance through the course. The untimed nature of the event emphasizes enjoyment over competition, making it accessible to families, friends, and individuals alike.

Registration Details and Kit Options

Participants can choose between two kit options:

  • Fun Kit – Priced at MVR 210, includes an exclusive Fun Run T-shirt and wristband.
  • Standard Kit – Priced at MVR 110, includes a Fun Run T-shirt, wristband, cloth bag, eyeglasses, and a multipurpose bandana.

Registration is open until June 16, 2025, at 23:59. Given the event’s popularity, early registration is recommended as slots are limited. Interested participants can secure their spot by visiting moolee.mv.

Expanding the Fun Run Legacy

This year’s event marks a new chapter in the Fun Run’s history by bringing the festivities to Addu City for the first time. Previously, the 2024 edition was held in Hulhumalé, attracting over 6,000 participants and inaugurated by Vice President Uz Hussain Mohamed Latheef . The move to Addu City reflects Ooredoo Maldives’ commitment to engaging diverse communities across the nation.
