In a symbolic move underscoring Ooredoo’s customer-first philosophy, Niyaz took over the company’s official social media accounts for the day, directly engaging with customers online to listen, respond, and celebrate their stories. Niyaz also joined Ooredoo teams on the ground, visiting Experience Centers, retail outlets, and partner service points across the country.
