Dhiraagu Hands Over First Speedboat Under “Win 2 Speedboats” Campaign

By Ahmed Ashraf Published January 27, 2026

Dhiraagu has officially awarded the first of two high-performance speedboats under its ongoing “Win 2 Speedboats” promotion, reinforcing the company’s commitment to rewarding long-term customer loyalty.

The winner, Abdulla Saeed from Feydhoo, Addu City, received an Al Shaali Marine Canary 28 speedboat powered by a Yamaha 250HP outboard engine during a formal handover ceremony held at the Thilafushi Boatyard. Saeed, an employee of Ozen Bolifushi Resort, has been a Dhiraagu customer since 2001.

The speedboat was presented to Saeed and his family by Dhiraagu Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director Ismail Rasheed, in the presence of company officials and representatives involved in the promotion. The Canary 28 model is widely regarded in the regional marine market for its durability, performance, and suitability for Maldivian waters, making it a premium reward within the campaign.

To safeguard transparency and public trust, Dhiraagu appointed Nexia Maldives as an independent third-party auditor to oversee the draw process. The company stated that this step was taken to ensure the fairness and credibility of the promotion.

Dhiraagu confirmed that customers remain eligible to win the second Al Shaali Marine Canary 28 speedboat until March 31. The promotion forms part of Dhiraagu’s broader customer engagement strategy, combining high-value rewards with independent oversight to strengthen confidence among its nationwide subscriber base.

The “Win 2 Speedboats” campaign has attracted strong public interest and stands out as one of Dhiraagu’s most prominent customer reward initiatives to date.
