Decentralizing Sports: Empowering Local Communities
A cornerstone of the amendment is the decentralization of sports development. By granting atoll and island-level authorities greater autonomy, the government aims to foster grassroots participation and nurture local talent across the archipelago. Establishing Regional Sports Associations
