During the ceremony, Chief Justice of the Maldives, Uz Abdul Ghanee Mohamed, delivered the annual Judicial Address. The address highlighted developments within the judiciary and reflected on institutional progress while underscoring the importance of professionalism, integrity, and public trust in the justice system.

In addition, plaques of appreciation were awarded to seven individuals in recognition of their significant contributions to the judicial sector. These awards were presented by the Chief Justice, further highlighting the judiciary’s emphasis on service and excellence.
