In their discussions, President Muizzu and Speaker Hoyle reaffirmed the longstanding friendship between the Maldives and the United Kingdom, emphasizing the importance of working together on pressing global and bilateral issues. To commemorate the meeting, President Muizzu signed the Palace of Westminster Guestbook, symbolizing the strong diplomatic ties that continue to evolve between the two countries. He was also given an exclusive guided tour of the iconic parliamentary building, further highlighting the warmth and respect shared during this high-level engagement.
