Male’ Water and Sewerage Company (MWSC) has announced changes to its hotline numbers, as part of efforts to raise the standard of its services and make them easier for customers to access.

In a press release issued today, the company shared details of the changes for the information of the public.

Under the new arrangement, the Customer Care Hotline 1575 has been designated for all information related to the company’s services and for general assistance.

The 1575 hotline is available on every official working day, from 8:00 am to 12:00 midnight.

MWSC said that, for the security of its customers and so they can easily recognise calls from the company, 1575 is also the number that will appear on customers’ phone screens whenever MWSC calls them.

In addition, the company’s 105 number has been designated exclusively as an emergency hotline, to be used only in emergency situations.

The 105 emergency hotline operates without interruption, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

MWSC said its main aim is to deliver its services to customers in a sustainable manner, as closely and as conveniently as possible.

The company has reminded customers to use the designated numbers as set out, according to their needs.

Customers can call 1575 for services and general assistance from 8:00 am to midnight on official working days, and 105 for emergencies at any time of the day.
