AutoSphere expands EV lineup with new shipment of BYD vehicles

By Ahmed Ashraf Published 2 hours ago

AutoSphere by The Hawks is expanding its electric vehicle lineup with a new shipment of BYD models, as demand for EVs continues to grow among customers in the Maldives.

Electric vehicles have emerged as some of AutoSphere’s best-selling vehicles, with the company pointing to increasing customer interest in efficient, technology-focused mobility options.

The latest shipment includes the BYD Seal in Atlantis Grey, BYD Sealion in White and BYD Atto 3 in White, giving customers additional choices across sedan and SUV segments.

BYD’s electric lineup combines modern styling with advanced vehicle and battery technology. The Seal is positioned as an all-electric executive sedan, while the Atto 3 is a compact electric crossover. BYD also offers its Sealion range as part of its growing electric SUV portfolio.

A key technology underpinning BYD’s electric vehicles is its Blade Battery, which the automaker developed with a focus on safety, durability and efficient use of battery-pack space.

AutoSphere said the latest arrivals will broaden its EV portfolio and provide customers with more options based on their vehicle and colour preferences.

The shipment comes as electric mobility gains greater visibility in the Maldivian automotive market, where the country’s compact geography and relatively short driving distances provide a practical environment for EV adoption.

Customers can follow AutoSphere’s official social media channels for further information on the arrival and availability of the new BYD vehicles.
