Maldives Post has officially shifted its public-facing services from the Post Building to a newly established Service Center in Malé, aiming to improve accessibility amid ongoing road development in the capital.
The new facility is located on the ground floor of M. Iris on Orchid Magu, directly opposite the Justice Building, placing it in a central and easily reachable area for customers.
According to Maldives Post, the center operates daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, except on Fridays. Customers can access a full suite of services at the location, including mailing, parcel collection, and other postal services.
The relocation comes as part of efforts to ensure uninterrupted service delivery while construction work continues in front of the Maldives Post Head Office. The company emphasized that the move is designed to enhance convenience for the public, particularly for those relying on timely parcel collection and postal transactions.
With the new Service Center now fully operational, Maldives Post expects smoother customer flow and improved service efficiency during this transitional period.
