Maldives Water and Sewerage Company (MWSC) has announced a possible temporary interruption to water services in Villimale on Sunday due to scheduled maintenance work.

According to MWSC, maintenance on the island’s water network will be carried out on October 4, 2026, from 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm.

The company said technical requirements associated with the work may result in a temporary disruption to water supply during the 90-minute maintenance period.
