The Hawks has marked Teacher’s Day 2026 with a nationwide initiative delivering Smart Refueling Vouchers to schools across the Maldives, recognising educators for their contribution to students and communities.
The initiative reached schools in the Greater Malé Area as well as communities across the atolls, forming part of the company’s Teacher’s Day celebrations.
The Hawks said the programme was designed to show appreciation for teachers who dedicate their careers to educating, guiding and inspiring younger generations.
Highlighting the wider role of educators, the company noted that teachers and mentors influence students beyond academic learning through their guidance, patience and encouragement. Their work helps young people develop their potential, pursue their ambitions and build values that can have a lasting impact on society.
The Hawks said it deeply values teachers, educators and mentors across the country for their contribution to shaping communities and the future of the Maldives.
As part of its growing digital fuel services, The Hawks also operates the HawksPlus app, an all-in-one refueling platform designed to make purchases at Hawks Fuel Stations more convenient.
Through HawksPlus, customers can register, recharge their accounts and pay for fuel digitally. Users can also earn points through the platform, which can be redeemed towards future refueling.
The Teacher’s Day initiative adds to The Hawks’ community-focused activities while also introducing more people to its Smart Refueling and digital fuel payment services.
