BML Academy partners with INCEIF University to expand professional development opportunities

By Ahmed Ashraf Published 20 hours ago

Bank of Maldives (BML) Academy has entered into a strategic partnership with INCEIF University, strengthening its commitment to developing the skills and expertise of its workforce through internationally recognised education and training.

The collaboration will give BML employees access to INCEIF University’s globally recognised programmes in Islamic finance, executive education, professional certifications, and specialised training. The partnership will also promote knowledge sharing, leadership development, and greater industry engagement, helping to support the continued growth of the Maldives’ financial sector.

BML Academy serves as the bank’s dedicated learning and development arm, focusing on equipping banking professionals with internationally recognised qualifications and practical skills. The academy plays a central role in enhancing employee capabilities and fostering a culture of continuous learning across the organisation.

This is the latest in a series of strategic partnerships established by the academy. It has previously collaborated with the Asian Institute of Chartered Bankers (AICB) and Singapore Management University (SMU) to deliver specialised training programmes for BML employees and strengthen professional development within the bank.

Through its expanding network of international academic partners, BML Academy aims to broaden access to high-quality learning opportunities while contributing to the long-term advancement of the banking and financial services industry in the Maldives.
