Dhiraagu has launched a series of special promotions to celebrate the Maldives’ 61st Independence Day, offering free mobile data, home broadband incentives and complimentary home insurance for eligible customers.
As part of the Independence Day celebrations, all Dhiraagu prepaid customers can claim 6GB of free bonus data, valid for 24 hours. The complimentary data can be redeemed through the Dhiraagu App or by dialling *225# before 6:00 p.m. on 26 July 2026, allowing customers to stay connected with family and friends during the national holiday.
The telecommunications provider is also extending additional benefits to customers signing up for its Limitehneh Fibre broadband service. Customers who apply for a new fibre connection before 31 July 2026 will receive a free router and free installation, reducing the upfront cost of switching to high-speed fibre internet.
Under the same promotion, eligible Limitehneh Fibre customers will receive free Home Contents Takaful provided by Allied Insurance. The coverage, worth up to MVR 150,000 per household, applies across more than 20 categories of household contents and remains valid for one year, offering added protection alongside the broadband service.
